Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel had very nice rooms with a great view of the water, and the service was extremely professional and accommodating. The location was central, close to major attractions, and the hotel looked welcoming. However, the dining experience was disappointing with limited options provided. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a pleasant stay overall.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The room was lovely, large, and quiet with an amazing view of the lake, First Energy Stadium, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The decor was contemporary yet organic in feel. The service was very attentive, and the staff even provided some entertaining moments. The location was fantastic, close to a variety of eateries and entertainment options. However, the dining experience could have been improved with more protein options. Overall, a great choice for my trip.
I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The rooms had a gorgeous view of Lake Erie and the Cleveland Browns First Energy Stadium, but I felt it was overpriced for what was offered. The service was exceptional, with a kind and attentive staff, but unfortunately, an incident of missing jewelry put a damper on my stay.
